AMC terminology.
An asset management company is a legal entity that can be registered in the form of a limited liability company or a joint-stock company and carries out the activity of managing money or securities of investors. Please note that AMC registration is possible only after obtaining a license from the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market (NCSSM).
An investor is a natural or legal person who puts (invests) his own money to receive passive income and build capital.
